15 Weeks Old

The biggest thing this week was the celebration of Ollie's first Easter. I've had his little Easter outfit for months, and even though he is already wearing 6 month old clothes, somehow he was swimming in his Easter shirt that was marked 3-6 months. I've been warned not to trust the tags! Oh well, when we put it on him I had to ask Matt if he really is the most handsomist little guy or if we are just biased. Even if I am biased I tell Ollie every day how handsome he is! His accomplishments this week included suddenly actually taking interest in his toys. He has had little toys since birth but this week was the first time he actually held and concentrated on toys. It started with a little elephant that has ears that make crinkling sounds when you touch them. He doesn't smile or anything just concentrates really hard as he is discovering that his hands will respond when he concentrates on what he wants them to do. The Easter Bunny found out he likes toys now and delivered a new one in his basket along with new books and a chocolate bunny (apparently the Easter bunny always gave Matt a chocolate bunny growing up.) And his biggest accomplishment, the one that has us OVER JOYED is that he slept all night long- yep 8.5 hours of uninterrupted sleep! On the down side he has suddenly started to spit up. Not every day or every time he eats, it's more like an hour after he eats he will randomly spit up. But that's ok, he just had us spoiled for a long time. Can't wait to see what he learns next week!

And the bloopers...
